He put me at ease from the first consultation appointment, helping me feel comfortable enough to undertake an operation I have needed but been to scared to have. He was very informative before and after the operation and I felt like I was in good hands. Thank you!

I wasn't looking forward to this treatment, but I needn't have worried as Mr Flannery performed microsuction on my heavily blocked ears quickly, efficiently and gently.
